My wife and I have sailed RCC over ten times with this being our 4th time to cruise on the Enchantment. We have cruised Carnival and NCL, but love RCCL. Living an hour's drive from Port Canaveral makes access quick and easy. With the recent remodeling of the parking ($15.00 p/day) and the check in process, we were on board quickly and efficiently. Being a short cruise, our inside cabin served us well. While we stayed on deck 4 for the first time, I will return to deck seven. Cabins had more room, but deck 4 is near the centrum and dining room. Cabin was comfortable and our steward couldn't do enough to please. Our second seating dining was excellent. Extremely well cared for by our wait staff. I like certain appetizers, told our waiter and with each meal, he did remember and brought same. The Enchantment's singers, dancers, and band was, without a doubt, the most entertaining group we have ever experienced. Being a musician, I feel I can state that with some authority. The on board activities were plenty and varied. The comedian, Louis Johnson, was very entertaining. His "adult" comedy was risque, but not dirty, as so many are. ONLY ONE NEGATIVE: the shore excursion to Blue Lagoon. For what they charged, they gave nothing. The lunch consisted of cold hot dogs and hamburgers with wilted lettice and tomatoes. Drinks was limited to fruit punch and lemonade. No water!!! Beach was a big disappointment. We were on the first tender back to the ship. We did inform Tour desk on board and they expressed compassion and advised that they will look in to it, but, of course, would not make any type financial refund. Disembarking was quick and ran smooth. This is an excellent cruise for first time cruisers, or experienced who wants a quick getaway! We will certainly do it again as soon as time permits!

Cabin Review

Inside Stateroom

Cabin N

Cabin appeared a bit smaller than on deck 7, but was sufficient for our needs. Shower appeared smaller and not much room to turn around. Appreciated the shampoo dispenser in the shower and the strong water pressure. Easy to adjust both in height and in temperature. Sufficient storage for a 4-night cruise.

We live an hour's drive from the ship, so location is ideal.
