The SHIP IS STUNNING - but that's about it!

I had guest relation concerns on three occasions and they keep you on hold 15 mins at least. There is limited interest in trying to resolve any concerns. In fact, when I asked for a supervisor whose name was Claudio, he promised something he failed to deliver on, which I discovered after leaving the ship. They clearly need more people to answering the phone calls.

The cruise director, Dru Pavlov has a boyish charm and reminds me of someone with a pasted smile, which I had seen to often on that ship who simply could care less about the passengers. However, I only saw him performing on stage for a few shows, which I did go to see. He simply promotes his staff in such a positive tone in front of all of us and seems to forget US.

My floor (6th - Continental Deck) looked out thru the veranda at the top of the rescue boats, so it was not a direct look at the water. This means the floor below me looked directly at the boats from their balconies and it would not be advisable to book. The hallway always smelled like urine as you got off of the elevator and this is a very new ship!! The room had a constant creeking from the bathroom as it moved against heavier white caps.
