My wife and I took a last minute cruise earlier this year. At $79. pp for an inside room, it was just too good to pass up. After boarding, we quickly discovered this was a "leftover" cruise as the ship was about to go into dry dock. A couple of the clubs were already closed and renovation had begun. Most bars were very low on stock. One bar we went to (inside) only had Bud Light. Several menu items were unavailable every meal. The ship was running on a smaller temp replacement propeller as the Captain informed us they had already removed the actual propeller - which made our one day arrival into the Bahamas almost nonexistent. We were supposed to be there from 8am-2pm. Instead, we arrived around 2pm and docked with only a couple of hours to walk around. There were more disappointing details that I won't bore you with. All of them small but a disappointing introduction to Royal Caribbean. Perhaps they should have mentioned this was leftover cruise with limited everything before we purchased.

Port Canaveral had it's own issues. The escalator was broken so instead of allowing people to use them as stairs, they made the entire ship disembark with one elevator, 10 people at a time. Crazy.
