I've been on Princess before and loved it, but this cruise was not like that. I had reserved a wheel chair for embarkation and they didn't have one for me. Our cabin steward never referred to us by our name, we were lucky to get a hello out of him. We encountered a few rude employees which shocked me. When we got on the ship we were the first to sign up or the ship tour and we were told we would be on it and it would be the last sea day & someone would call us the day before to give us details. Well the day before we got a call telling us it was cancelled, I was so upset because that was all I wanted to do on the ship, we went to the purses desk to ask why and was told not enough people signed up for it only two other people signed up for it, there policy is 12 people have to sign up, I would think it's easier to move 4 people around the ship than 12 and your still getting $600. I called Princess when we got home and they said that the policy is no more than 12 people so they should have done the tour. Our fitted sheet had a hole and for four days our steward didn't notice it. Trying to get into the main dinning room was a joke we ate one night in the dinning room and the buffet the rest of the cruise, we didn't pay over $1,700 to eat in the buffet. We never got to Cabo because of hurricane Patricia which I understand it's an act of Mother Nature so we had two days at sea coming home with not much to do at night. The comedian Ocsar Carlos was great and he only did 3 shows one night, why didn't they have him perform the last two days. We were not impressed with the food or ship, we will never do Princess again

When I booked our cabin the picture they showed had two beds (queen) when we went to our cabin I was so disappointed to see two beds on the wall. We were lucky we never hit our heads, there wasn't much room to get around. They put sheets on your bed with holes, towels had a musty odor.
