We started in Los Angeles, staying at the Westin. Decent hotel, worked out great with shuttle to the port.
I have to say that the activities were never ending and so much fun! My whole family participated in game shows and fun for two weeks. Embarkation went off without a hitch. Very quick and painless. Our luggage arrived very quickly to our room.
Our cabin was average compared to previous cruises. The one thing that did stand out was our amazing room steward. He was truly amazing, helpful and attentive.

Mid-Ship Balcony
Average mid ship balcony room. Getting dated, but clean and tidy. Bed was a little uncomfortable but our room steward fixed that in a hurry by bringing us an extra foam padding for the mattress. World of difference!
