I realize travelers come from various countries and the tv gives them some stuff in their own language but I got a better choice of channels for free on my JetyBlue Flight. CNN and HLN did not provide consistent news- they gave weather in Celsius for cities we were not at or weren't going and no temperatures from east or west coast US. They also gave currency exchange rates to interrupt any form of news. I would at least like to have available at least one ABC-CBS-NBC-FOX channel from Florida or Texas (commercials acceptable). JetBlue also gave us free WI-FI. RC should update the capacity and speed of their wi-fi. It should also be free in-room at least while we are in port.

The production value of on board cruise director and assistant have bad lighting and picture quality. They also spent a lot of time laughing at each other and interrupting each other.This seems unprofessional. The quality of the videos showing games with passengers or the ship parade also fell flat.

The people at my dining table #313 were treated well by the serving staff and their Supervisor. They were courteous and offered to fix any problem that we had with our food choices. Read more
