We arrived at the terminal on time. Since I have a handicap my wife and I were told to have a seat in an area where someone would come and get me with a wheel chair. We waited for over an hour and none of the Carnival employees knew how to help us. The original person who told us to wait disappeared. No one ever showed up. Not a good start and not a good way to handle handicapped passengers!

I took the chance and went up the escalator and painfully walked with my cane till we finally got someone to help us get a wheelchair and get us on board.

This ship is very outdated! Rust on the bathroom shower trim, worn carpet, scuff marks on the walls, stale smelling room.
