Cabin: Balcony Stateroom

This was a full capacity cruise and the staffing was totally inadequate for the numbers involved. Tables in the dining rooms were far too close together and, on the first night, we had to wait almost an hour for any food. Needless to say, we did not return. However, the buffet areas were even more crowded and it was always difficult, sometimes impossible, to find two seats together. The noise and the constant pushing and shoving through the crowds made it impossible to enjoy a meal in comfort.

The embarkation queues were usually quite long and there was obviously insufficient staff to open more exit/entry ramps.

We paid for a balcony cabin but had been allocated a balcony with an obstructed view which meant that you could only see the sky when sitting. Not possible to see the sea due to the steel sheeted side below the rail.It was not possible to move cabins as the ship was full.

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B1

Generally good, however the bathroom was poorly designed with the WC jammed into a very small space making comfortable use impossible.
