This was the first cruise we took our kids on (two boys ages 9 and 5). We had previously been on Royal Carribean and Holland America prior to the kids being born but wanting to take them on a cruise, Disney seemed like the logical choice for young kids.

First, the check in procedure at Canaveral was super easy and probably the least hectic process of all the cruises we have been on.

Upon boarding we went up to Cabanas on Deck 11 for lunch. Obviously with everyone else hungry it was super crowded but we did manage to find a table and the quality of the food was comparable to other ship buffets. Read more
