Too many issues to list here. We have been on many cruises and never had such poor quality of food. Also, had to pay for any soda and then it was 3 dollars for about 8 oz. What a rip off!!! Photo department lied to us and told us we needed to buy a memory stick with our pictures on it in order to get copies and then when we went to pick it up, not only did we not get it, we were told they could make the copies and we hadn't needed to pay for the memory stick and then they refused to refund my money!

We went on several excursions from the ship. Most were sub par compared to other cruise lines. One was supposed to last 8 hours and ended up being 10 so we were late and couldn't make it to other things we had planned. No refund was given. Also on this particular excursion lunch was supposed to be included at a local restaurant. It was, but they ran out of several items and had no back up plan so those of us at the end of the buffet line missed out on one entrée as well as the dessert. Overall, not a very good experience. I will definitely NOT ever sail with Norwegian again!!! Unfortunately, they have the only ship that starts and ends in Hawaii so we were pretty much locked into Norwegian. Guess that's why they can get away with some of this stuff.

Cabin BF

We had a handicapped room so it was a little bigger than average.

Port Reviews

Kona (Kailua Bay)

Not enough history given to explain exactly what we were seeing once we got there. Guided tour of the area would have been helpful.
