Let me start off by saying we had a great trip even though some things we were not happy with. Lets start with the good: great food, nice atmosphere, loved serenity deck, and great room steward. The bad: rude crew in the restaurant & spa, had to go check in on deck 5 for dinner and then go to deck 3 to stand in yet another line to eat dinner, small bath room in cabin, and hard to get off the gangway in ports due to them taking you picture on the gangway. The shows seem to have went down in quality and quantity, there were only 8 dancers and the live band was done away with also. The chairs to sit in front of the stage were a poor design idea for the ship. We have been on 8 cruises now and this is one of my least favorite. If it weren't for an awesome cruise director Jamie Dee then it would not have been worth it at all. Went to the spa once to make an appointment to get a massage and the woman working there acted like she could care less she just said she was booked up and did not offer me any other options. But we did make the best out of the situation just letting everyone know what to expect.
Cabin Review
Ocean View
Cabin was at the rear of the ship which we have stayed in a rear cabin before and never had to hear so much noise this one was noisy when we were in port you could actually hear the ropes being let in and out. The bathrooms are small but clean. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Our room steward kept us well stocked with ice and gave us extra hangers when we asked for them. There is no refrigerator in the room and the hair dryer did not work good.

Port Canaveral (Orlando)
Great port stayed at La Quinta Inn & Suites great hotel but will not use the shuttle again took 2 hours after we got off the ship to be picked up.
San Juan
Wishes we had paid for a taxi was really hot but we went to both forts while there every time we seen the free trolley it was full but there were 3 ships in port that day.
Grand Turk
Went to jacks shack got some jerk chicken and conch fritters, then got a massage on the beach (amazing), and then took a dip in the ocean, beware there are alot of rocks but still had good time.
