Like many others whom have written reviews here, I am an experienced cruiser. This was my first trip to Europe and also on MSC. Overall the experience was average (some good some bad) but I will break it down in order to help future guests.

Embarkation: Was the best I've ever experienced. Incredibly fast and smooth.

Cabin: We were in cabin 12266. Middle of the back of the ship. Balcony was spacious. Felt the engines more than I expected. Cabin steward was very attentive and prompt.
