I don’t even know where to start and how to start!
We have been a loyal Royal Caribbean guest since December 2001, sailed with Royal Caribbean in 6 different cruises, including Quantum of the Seas, and never have a thought of looking for another carrier for our cruise vacations, up until now, after what we have experienced onboard the Quantum of the Seas...
Royal Caribbean International needs to stop building new and giant ships until they fix their execution and more importantly food quality and service on these mega ships.
