I don't go in for long, in depth reviews but try to summarise my experience.

Ship - fabulous, Immaculate, spotless. Brilliantly run

Staff - Exceptional customer service at every level. I'm not sure what some people find to complain about! The buffet and restaurant service was outstanding. I have seen reviews where people have been critical, complaining about staff cutbacks but our experience was totally different. There were staff everywhere and always willing to help in any way they could, even at peak times, and always with a smile and a cheery word. I know that at certain times the bar service wasn't "instant" but no-one should mind having to wait a very short time to be served. Read more
