Me and my husband have done 4 other p and o cruises before the brittania, this was booked especially for our silver wedding anniversary. I was totally disappointed with the staff as they didn't know what they were doing in the dining area we were told that we had to wait an hour and a half, I know that we booked freedom dining that wasn't the point especially when you wanted to eat and I know it was the first formal night but everybody queuing to go in dining area to eat.

We found the ship very cold we had to where cardigans and jumpers wherever we went, the warmest place was the toilet and have of the time they were out of order.
