Our first European visit and our second MSC cruise. An absolutely wonderful experience bordering on decadence treatment. The entire process from embarkation to disembarkation was handled superbly. This despite the tragic events the week before in Tunisia, the ship crew simply handled the change in their stride and as a result the detour to Malta proved to be an exhilarating experience and so worth the change.

All the port excursions were handled extremely professionally and we did not feel insecure or awkward at any time.

The actual experience on the ship itself was fantastic as this is a cruise ship experience that we would dearly love to do again at some point in time. The entertainment was superb and how they managed the eating sittings so seamlessly is beyond belief for 4000 passengers. Read more
