This was our first RCI Crown & Anchor member cruise and first Radiance class ship. The fellow cruisers were so wonderful and there was a lot of interaction, probably because of it being a member cruise. However, I think the size of the ship also helps - small enough so you frequently run into the same people.
The cruise staff was above and beyond awesome for this cruise. The cruise director's staff is given the freedom to entertain guests in many ways, including their own singing and dancing numbers, and their joy spilled out to the guests. The other staff also was exceptional, and everyone seemed intent on making our cruise special.
The entertainment was top-notch - a wide variety from comedians to singers to the on-board entertainment staff. This is one of the class of ships with the tall Centrum that allows for unique aerial shows; I only wish the aerial shows were longer. For best seating availability, go to the "second seating" shows. For the Centrum shows, you need to plan to show up at least 30 minutes in advance to get a good view.
Wonderful cabin. Very accessible to the front stairwell, but didn't have any extra noise. No additional noise from ship functions, like docking. Completely surrounded by cabins to the side and above, so no noise from staff activities. The window is very large; since this is an adjoining cabin, the bed is on the side wall instead of in front on the window. When the ship is docked, the window is typically right at the same height as the dock, so be aware of you sleep with the curtains open.
