We had not heard about Pearl Seas, but saw their ad in the Smithsonian Magazine and thought the itinerary sounded like what we were looking for. From the moment we got on the ship, we knew we had made the right choice. Our cabin, while one of the smallest, had a King Size Bed with 2 night stands and had plenty of room to get around.
We found the dining perfect. It was open seating, which gave us a chance to meet many of the other passengers. Wine and/or beer were provided during lunch and dinner.
Happy Hour was from 5:30 - 6:30pm (and many days it was earlier due to activities in the lounges). During Happy Hour all bar drinks were provided along with great appetizers. Most of the alcohol was top of the line.
Our cabin while one of the smallest was quite adequate. We had a balcony with 2 chairs and a table. We had a king size bed, 2 night stands, a dresser, desk and chair. The closet was small but adquate. We had plenty of space to store all that we brought. We also did not hear any noise when we were inside our cabin.
What a wonderful port stop this was. While small it was interesting and very picturesque.
