We left out on Sunday and just got off today. Guess I'll start with my complaints...the large adults only deck would be great if you didn't have to walk down 2 flights of stairs and across the lido deck to get to a pool. Breakfast was less than average & the lines were horribly long. I understand waiting for things is a must on a cruise, but an hour to get breakfast? 24 hour pizza was mediocre. Self assist disembarkation was a mess! Seems folks on upper decks could not follow instructions and there was no one to enforce rules so we ended up in a mass of people who just couldn't wait to get off the boat. Otherwise our interior cabin was a decent size with surprise amount of storage. Our room steward didn't introduce himself til day 3 but took care of our room and was upset the night we "stayed in" and he couldn't get to clean our room. We choose late dining and were in the Northern Lights dining room. Our wait staff were wonderful! Our assistant waiter especially! He was very friendly and eager to share his story with us. Our bar staff (or the shot guy) at dinner worked to know us by name & could recognize us anywhere on the ship. We are not huge drinkers, so this was impressive. The comedy of Cowboy Bill was hysterical! They had 3 different comedians during the week and all were funny, but Cowboy Bill was the best. The Quest adults only game is a must!!! There are probably 6 or 7 hot tubs on board, but they are HOT...not what I'm looking for when it's already 95 out. The 2 pools were nice. We went on our own and got a cab to Mr. Sanchos in Cozumel. It was so nice! We did the all inclusive for the day and left there happy, full, tan and relaxed. Grand Cayman was another cab to the Turtle Farm. Spend the money & time for the day pass and not just the tour. We got to snorkel with the turtles and several varieties of fish. Amazing! The restaurant there is expensive and small portions. Montego Bay we choose to stay on board, except for shopping at the pier. Get your Invicta watches on board. We thought we were getting a great deal in port & found it $50 cheaper on board. Family took the bus around town (paid $19 for all day, with their Sail & Sign card right on pier) and went to local private beach. They were not hassled at all. We had cabin 2278. No complaints about location. Was quiet and easy to get to activities on Lido, since we were right below it.

Port Reviews

Galveston

Embarkation took us about 2 hours and we had an 1130-1230 loading time.

Cozumel

We went to Mr. Sanchos which was about a 15-20 min ride from the ship. $35 for 6 in a taxi. We had no problem getting a taxi and they are waiting outside Mr. Sanchos to take you back. When we first got there folks were pushy, trying to get us to buy "extras" but if you tell them no they move on. After that we checked in and were taken to our table. We had all the food and drinks we could want, beach chairs, a covered table & snorkeling right off shore. Will definitely go again next time we go to Cozumel.

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

We took a taxi to Turtle Farm. Taxis were a little harder to find here. We had to walk out of pier area and were approached by what looked like another excursion pusher, but they are ACE Taxi Company and for $8/person they took us and dropped us off. When we were done the information desk at farm called them and they were back within 10 mins. We walked around, held turtles, swam with the turtles and had lunch. All in all took us about 3 hours.
