This is our 3rd Celebrity Cruise and first on Infinity. We had been booked on a different itinerary out of Porta Rico, but our son and daughter in law informed us that granbaby #2 was coming in December and we wanted to go before baby is born. We booked a oceanview with hopes of getting a veranda when the prices dropped - that never happened and we did not want to pay the $800 price difference to upgrade. We ended up liking the oceanview because of the weather, which was hot and humid and I don't think we would have used the balcony much.

We had cabin 6002 is at the front of the ship, deck 6 and overlooks the bow of the ship. We had the classic drink package and $50 OBC.

We flew into Fort Lauderdale the day before. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and paid $107 plus tax for a king. A Shuttle company has a booth set up in the lobby and in the morning we purchased the shuttle service for $10 each way per person. Shuttle takes you to port either at 9:30, 10:30, 11:30 or 12:30 and then takes you from port to airport and end of the cruise. So we paid a total of $40.

same size as our veranda we had Equinox. The closet is different, but had lots of storage area, kept the suitcases under the bed for dirty closes. Had the refrig contents removed so we could put extra soft drinks in. Bathroom is tight, but they all are. Liked that we were on deck six and the view was nice being at the front of the ship, Very quite, never heard the neighbors on either side. Had to walk along way to get to the stairs, but we needed the exercise, so that works out.
