We took this cruise as my son wanted to go to Aruba and we read some good reviews as opposed to bad ones. Well I should have listen to the bad ones.

First off when making the booking I told the girl I wanted balcony for 3 people as my daughter was going to stay with me and wife. She told us it would be a pull down bed that would be out of the way thru the day and we would have a couch and chair. (Wrong) What we got was a small bed that was made up all the time and no chair. I complained but to no avail as they were booked full they said.

Getting on the ship was also a nightmare as the lady checking us in knew nothing about getting people on board, we were with her for 30 minutes and everything she entered she had to call for help, and all our documents were spot on.
