I will never cruise RCL again. I traveled with a group of 12 friends and several were celebrating birthdays. Everyone had balcony rooms except for me. The embarkation onto the ship was very fast and efficient and was pretty much the only positive thing about this cruise. We also arrived to embark before the embarkation process started. Everyone in our group purchased a drink package, which was well worth the money.

On our first day we had a server come to our table pool side and begin taking our orders. He was fast and kept them coming, so we began tipping him in cash to keep it up. Suddenly, he was gone and never heard from again. A second server came along and we did the same with him and he suddenly disappeared and was never seen again. After that the service stopped. After that we had to walk to the pool bar which would take at least 20 minutes to get a drink. Our dinner that night in the My Fair Lady restaurant took nearly 2 hours. We finally had to ask when we could expect our dinner to be served. Our drinks again took any where between 20 to 30 minutes. So we started doubling up on each order due to us knowing it was going to take forever to get another drink.

Our first port was CocoCay and I have zero complaints. We rented a cabana and it was well worth the money. We had privacy, our own personal bar, cooks, and beautiful views. However, as we all went back to get ready for our formal dinner, I walked into my room to notice that it had not been cleaned at all. We had no towels and the room was a mess. I called down to Customer Service and notified them and asked for towels. 2 hours later we still had no towels and we had to use our salty beach towels to dry off with. Dinner again took nearly an hour to receive but our waitress paid much more attention to us this time around. A few of us went to the Karaoke bar later in the evening and it once again took my about 20 minutes to get a drink and we were the only ones standing at the bar.

Cabin Review

Inside Stateroom

Cabin N

Small and difficult to even get dressed in. Room stewards did not clean thoroughly and the room had a mild mildew smell to it. The shower is extremely difficult to use as a Barbie doll would have difficulty showering due to it being so tiny.

Port Reviews

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

One of the easiest ports to get to and parking was a breeze
