Flew into Ft. Lauderdale and took the cruise sponsored shuttle to Miami with no issues, and minimal time to get on the ship. Traveling with my girlfriend's family and 8 other family friends (there were only 4 of us under the age of 25, I am 24, the rest 50+), I had mixed thoughts about how we would all feel about this vacation. Talking with everyone Friday night, everyone had an absoulte blast. Staff was friendly, always saying "hello sir, how are you?" everytime we walked by. Finding chairs on the 15th or 16th deck outside was no issue at all. We mostly layed on the 16th on the side of the adult pool and just walked down the stairs for a quick dip. The pool area is kind of small but I had no problem finding a spot to jump in.

GO ON THE WATERSLIDES! The blue and green ones look scary but are so much fun, just take out all your jewelry beforehand. Poolside games are a lot of fun, and the staff running them are hilariouis especially Jose. We made sure we had the same waiter all week, just throw them a couple extra dollars on your first order and they will keep coming back to you everyday. His name was Sandeep and he always made sure we had a drink in our hand. GO FIND HIM! We had the UBP so with the 18% gratuity you only end up spending maybe $1.50 for a frozen drink and $1 a beer. We definitely got our moneys worth for the package. Also, did not see many kids running wild like people have posted on here. I found that kids stayed in the kids area and the adults stayed in the adult area. There was always someone on staff to make sure that no kids went into the adult pool.

The complimentary dining restaurants were pretty good, and each place had basically the same menu items so it didn't matter which one you went to. The specialty dining is awesome though. We had the 4UDP so we went to the steakhouse, the italian restaurant and we like the Brazillian place so much we went twice. Service was great, food was fantastic, and always left more than full.
