The ship is beautiful. Unfortunately, that is the best I have to say about the cruise. The food on the buffet was OK, but the layout left passengers being pushed and shoved trying to get to the food. Once you did get food, finding a place to sit was at times impossible. If you found a seat, the noise level was terrible.

The wait staff in the restaurants was disappointing. We have been on about 15 cruises and this was by far the worst. They didn't have a bar waiter in the restaurant and the waiter claimed he couldn't get cocktails. If you asked for anything other than wine it seemed to be a problem. We were never offered coffee, we did get it if we asked. The food was even more disappointing. On most cruises you can't decide what to eat because everything looks good, the opposite was true on this cruise. It was hard to find an entree. The fish was a small 4oz piece, which might be OK if the appetizers were good. The soup was usually without taste, the main course was usually a very small portion and usually not cooked to the degree ordered. On the plus side, we got a free bottle of wine, the down side was that it was after one of our cruise mates found a worm in her food.

Our cabin stewart was OK. He didn't go out of his way, but was friendly.
