We had sailed to Bermuda on the Norwegian Star the last year that ship was making it's run from NY. IT WAS FABULOUS!!!! The Breakaway WAS anything BUT!

First the ship is HUGE, but it is all rooms. The actual deck space and areas to do things on board are tiny and cramped even. The Star actually seemed roomier and more spacious than this ship. When we went the ship was filled to capacity, which is another problem because there really aren't enough elevators. We spent a lot of time waiting to go from one floor to the other. There were also never enough seats for the events that they had and make reservations for dinner or you will wait. The crew where the were not rude, they were not attentive at all. Some of the entertainment was good the other selection was not to our taste. The best entertainment we found was the Piano Guys we saw them twice or three times.

The cabin was ok but small by comparison to what we had on the Star, for LESS money.
