This is our second cruise on Regent 7 Seas last year we took the Navigator on a 12 Day Alaska cruise with Oregon, Victoria and San Francisco at the end. We have been cruising since 1995 on various lines about once per year. After our excellent experience on the Navigator we decided to try a European itinerary on the Baltic. There were various special offers with this cruise with a 3 class upgrade and Business class air included. We had a D class Concierge suite which was the same level as last years cruise.

Overall I would grade this a 4.5 on a scale of 1-5. The service, food and accommodations were all up to standard. Overall our experience was excellent but as with all cruises there were always a few small hitches and glitches that I would rate as momentarily annoying but not decreasing the overall cruise experience when taken in total.

I will list a few of the short comings that we experienced.
