This was my first cruise. prior to leaving everyone had told us how great the food and service were. It took over 2 hours to get on ship due to technical issues. When we got on there was an issue with in rim safe cruise maintenance they told me someone would be down in 10 min. After 3 calls and 90 min they never came and we finally went out to explore the ship. We were new to cruising and asked multiple crew questions and many crew members ignored us like we were not there or would give false information.

The food in the windjammer which is the buffet was good what you would expect from a buffet. Main dining we were very excited for because so many ppl told us how great the food was. I tried to order items I would not normally eat. Escargot was very good. The main dishes were very frequently cold and burnt. I had to leave my entire order of duck because it was cold and burnt. This happened at several dinners. One night the easier added an extra tip on my card that I had never given him. I had to go to guest service multiple times during cruise.

The entertainment was very nice plenty of seating. We tried to go to pool deck but they had no more chairs to sit in. We paid for a shore excursion but the day before it was canceled. We had to make up something to do on island last min. Very disappointing cruise. This ship seems to cater to the very old. Don't recommend this so our line. I wrote total Caribbean a letter when they called were apologetic a gave me 150$ of my next cruise with them. This was way under 10% what the cruise cost thanks but no thanks.

Cabin Review

Oceanview Stateroom

Cabin H

The room is small but plenty of rum to unpack. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is very small and hard to maneuver. With oceanview window is bigger then what I thought and was nice to hear waves at night hitting ship. Or bathroom would flood when we took a shower. This never got fixed.

Island was fun lots of shopping. The beach is easy to get to and there are tons of umbrellas to rent when you get there
