We had about 26 people join us on this cruise, some who haven't cruised before and some repeaters. We all enjoyed this cruise very much - including the non-cruisers some of which were afraid to cruise for worries of getting sea sick. I had promised that they would not even realize that they were on the ocean and was proven right. Of our group, nobody was in the least concerned once they got on the ship. My daughter got married on the ship on our second day out and it was very nice. Everything was done for us from the cake and flowers to the appetizer/cocktail hour immediately following the wedding. The cake, flowers and ceremony were beautiful. We then went to dinner as a group into the Italian restaurant, La Cucina and dinner was fabulous. The wedding was something that we all will remember for a long time to come! The photographer who photographed the wedding did a great job and the pictures are wonderful memories! The wedding party even walked the plank together - and that made a wonderful picture and memory as well.
We were on the ship during Hurricane Joaquin and the Captain made our ride as enjoyable as possible and kept us all very informed of what was going on even though we weren't able to stop at Nassau and the seas were a little rough. Going through the Hurricane is also something that most cannot say they have cruised through. All in all, this was my third cruise on Norwegian and I have already scheduled my next one - to Alaska next May. Thanks Norwegian!
