We were very disappointed with many aspects of this cruise. Tendering at ports was a shambles and staff did no have the capability to implement effective processes which resulted in confusion and less time ashore.

Entertainment - extremely poor the Cruise Director and activities manager did not seem in touch with passenger needs. The Boot Scooting evening had a packed dance floor then after three songs turned to Slow waltz music. Activities were the same And passengers seemed bored however they didn't change up their program.

It was as if the ship was a training ship as staff consistently gave incorrect information. Read more
