This was our second cruise with Celebrity and our second in Aqua Class. We chose the cruise for the ports, especially to see Ephesus. We came in a couple of nights early and did some guided tours around Istanbul which was a pleasant surprise, as the city really feels safe, alive and full of interesting sights where the very old and the new seem to sit so well together. The ship was excellent, clean, staff really friendly and we love Aqua Class. It was a full ship but never felt crowded.

Shore excursions were good and I think good value. on 4 of the ports we chose to do our own think and just explored, get up late and lounge about the ship.

We chose an excursion on our disembarkation day, Barcelona and traveled to Montserrat which was spectacular, a close third to Ephesus and Dubrovnik. The bus then dropped us off at the airport and we took a shuttle to our hotel. The process of embarkation and disembarkation was hassle free and well organized.
