I wish I could give it zero stars. You would be better off on any other cruise line. Staff is nasty and unattentive. Customer service has no idea what is going on, Their no activities. Very small rooms and tiny balconies. Wait staff is slow and unorganized, you will definitely be waiting for any meal if you don't go to the buffet (which is only open select hours so make sure you check the times or you will be hungry, or have to pay for food) Once inside, plan on spending at least 2 hours dining. 2 shows in a small theater on 2 nights which are completely booked and not that great...make reservations! You want to go to the pool? Forget it!! Their is one pool the size of a typical inground backyard pool for a ship that holds 3000 passengers, 25 people in the pool and it is at maximum capacity. You are pretty much stuck on a boat with nothing to do for 7 days. It is crazy how disorganized Norwegian has become. I will never cruise Norwegian again!
