I got 5 nights of specialty dining and the ultimate beverage package, but BEWARE! You can't have anything in the mini bar, or the bottles of water. That is RIDICULOUS by the way....So lame. When we checked in our cabin attendant was supposed to explain that, and show us around the room, and he never did any of that. He was also not very friendly and I was not a fan, especially once we got charged $70 for alcohol we thought we already paid for. That set hubby off, he was not happy. The cabin attendant went from barely around to straight up rude once he was in trouble for not telling us about the room and the mini bar.

We had an aft facing balcony room, which was awesome! Got some spa treatments, be aware that they are VERY AGGRESSIVE about selling you product. I was pretty upset on my last day in the spa, some idiot put a gym upstairs, and I had a class above me BANGING on the ceiling jumping around. FAIL. The pool was meh, not enough space to accommodate everyone at all, and the hot tubs were always over full. Loved Cagneys, Ocean Blue and Teppayaki, but the Moderno had awful service and he was rude too, and forget Le Bistro. The service in there was AWFUL, and it's right next to the teppanyaki place so all you can hear is them banging. I was absolutely angry by the time we got out of there, food was good but ambiance was awful.

We absolutely loved Bermuda, and overall the cruise was great. With a few exceptions, the staff was FANTASTIC! Most of the people you speak to will be nothing but polite and sweet and friendly. I will definitely cruise Norwegian again, the ship was really impressive!

Cabin Review

Aft-Facing Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B1

Room is definitely small, as expected. Not enough electric outlets.

Port Reviews

New York (Manhattan)

I live in NY so no big deal, but cruising out of Manhattan was AWESOME! Very impressive and checked that one off my bucket list!
