The tender process was an absolute shambles, staff provided inconsistent information, staff were rude and incompetent throughout this process resulting in passengers feeling misinformed and having to line up for long periods and therefore we had less time on land. Excursions (except for Lombok) were very disappointing the Phuket highlights tour we only went to one look out the rest was souvenir type shops - we did have poor weather but I am sure we could have seen other highlights. Langkawi Duty free shopping was shocking - be. Mindful it is not true duty free just more of the same souvenir type shops. Alcohol though was cheap but check the seals!

Entertainment was terrible and the cruise director and activities manager lacked inspiration, enthusiasm and their presence was missing !

Thank goodness for the Dining room and Room steward staff as they went out if their way for you and had a genuine interest in ensuring your vacation was the best it could be. Read more
