We were very disappointed with this cruise. The cabin was very shabby with holes filled in the walls but not painted over, carpet was stained and curtains were thread bare and would not close properly. In the bathroom the shower showed rust and the grout in the floor kept falling out. There was obviously some problem with the drainage system as the carpet in the passage was stained outside several cabins and there was a suction pump being used and also a blower operating to dry the carpet. The cabin staff were very friendly and did the best they could with what they had to work with. There was a lack of information on the islands that were visited prior to the shore excursions. The food was very average and the wine poor although the staff were friendly and helpful. As a whole the ship was very old and tired and needs a complete makeover. Altogether not a very good experience for our first cruise, we would not recommend it to anybody.

Although we didn't enjoy the ship we loved the Greek Islands and explored them ourselves via taxi or on foot rather than the cruise shore excursions.
