The beds were horrible! No box spring..just a metal bottom. mattress was very used. dipped in the middle. was topped with a foam pad. when we complained, we were given bed pads folded in half, placed on the mattress. when I complained again, I was given the bottom floor of a baby crib...folded and placed under my mattress, which made it hard as a board.

the staff were very nice, except for several bar tenders. I do not drink alcohol on a regular basis, I prefer soda. so I paid $57 for unlimited soda for a 10 day cruise. most of the time, when I presented my prepaid cup to a bar tender...you could tell they were not happy and seemed bothered by waiting on me. 2 ignored me and 1 was slightly rude. I did find one friendly bar tender in the atrium, so I went there every time I could. Read more
