We are 60 and 58 and coming from the Caribbean we did had some concern for the weather .Overall this was a very good trip. Getting on board was a fairly quick without much delay. We had an ocean view room on the 6th floor , a little difficult to find due to location access from 7th floor. By day 3 we had figured it out.
This was our first NCL cruise and going by some reviews we read it was not the best .However we didn't find much wrong. The ship is in good shape for it age, no bells or whistles but the crew the best we had so far. Alvito Luiz form India and Princess from the Philippines and Keista from St Lucia was the best dining staff who take care of our needs. Mr Walters Hotel director is a great NCL asset
The weather didn't started out the best as rain greeted our 3 pm arrival in Juneau but we still got a good view of the Mendenhall glacier.
Basic ship cabin with just enough room to get around.
Rain did had effect but to see my fist glacier was good enough . Tour was informative
