First time ever cruising and we had an amazing time, the ship really is a floating city with tons of activities aboard to participate in. i was really impressed by the food, i honestly did not expect the food to be very good. being born and raised in New York City and having access to amazing food from around the world, I was really shocked by the quality of food aboard the ship. the crew and staff were all very friendly and helpful. i was having such a great time on the boat i almost did not want to get off the boat in Bermuda but once i got to the beach i was speechless by the beauty of the water and beaches, they were spectacular i have never seen water that was so amazing and i have been to other parts of the Caribbean and Hawaii and Bermuda was by far the nicest.

we are already making plans for our next cruise and we can not wait to get back on the boat!

Aft-Facing Balcony Stateroom

nice space basically just for sleeping, our friends advised us to try a balcony and it was very nice and the views were amazing, well worth the extra money. The gentleman who assisted us with room service was amazing and helpful and always offered great advice and tips being that we were first time cruising, he provided top notch service.

Port Reviews

New York (Manhattan)

Getting 4000+ travelers on and off a boat in a timely manner is no easy feat and this was the most difficult part of our trip we had very long waits and lines to get on and off the boat at the beginning and end of our trip, getting off the boat was especially painful but it was no fault of Norwegian as customs had only 6 agents on duty to screen 4000+ people getting off of the boat which led to some very long lines and a very chaotic situation but again this should no way reflect on Norwegian as it is out of their hands and solely the fault of the US Customs dept.
