Sail Date: May 2015
Cabin: Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

The food was mediocre at best, the itinerary was boring, the entertainment (with the exception of the Ice Show) was laughable, and the casino was very disappointing!

The public areas of the ship were well maintained and clean. Aesthetically, the cabin (balcony room) was okay. However, I almost got scalded in the shower on several occasions (maintenance fixed the problem), and then, one night my husband and I had to sleep in another cabin because the dividers on the balcony kept sliding back and forth making a horrible noise. Maintenance tightened the divider in the morning and from then on it was fine.

Our waiter was awful but I think that was because he had too many tables. Our assistant waiter was lovely and tried her best to pick up the slack. One evening we never even got our desert and coffee because the kitchen was closing. I believe the staff said they lost a key employee the day the ship sailed.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

We were on the 7th floor and had a balcony (center of ship).

Port Reviews

King's Wharf

Nice little town.

St. Maarten

Expensive town.

Labadee

Walked to the beach. Water was nice. Free lunch was awful. Can't believe we had to pay for chairs on the cruiseline's own island.

Bayonne (Cape Liberty)

Bermuda was okay. Been to all the other ports in the Caribbean before, except for Labadee. The water was nice.
