First and foremost I must mention I am an avid NCL cruiser. I may seem biased, but I have sailed several other lines and I just prefer Norwegian. We sailed this cruise for our anniversary and our intention was for a kid free relaxing getaway. We purchased the "all-in package" last august when they were trying it out. UBP/UDP/ 200$ each shore excursions/ 20 photos each/ 250 internet minutes each/ gratuities/tips/taxes/6 liters of water each/ strawberries and a bottle o f wine each.,..

We live in Savannah, Ga. Drove to Jacksonville, Fl (1hr 20 min) the night prior and stayed at the Hampton Inn JAX airport. I am a Hilton employee so I always stay in a Hilton branded property. We did leave our vehicle here for the week with no trouble. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area and very nice employees.

Flew out on Jet Blue at 0700 hrs Saturday morning. Arrived FLL at 0810 and our driver from Johns Car Service met us in the baggage claim with a sign. 85$ for the trip and I highly recommend. Clean town car and very polite driver. Got to the port by 0930 and was 3 in line to board.

Perfect location. Right off the elevators, one floor above the waterfront. I didn't like not being bale to look straight down to the water.. but I knew booking this rooms there would be an overhang. The room steward was excellent. Always kept room clean, full ice bucket, and plenty of towels.

Plenty of room for suitcases under the bed. Plenty of hangers for two with mostly hanging clothes. Only drawers were under the sofa.. did not like this aspect. I like to un pack and having mostly shelf space was awkward.

About 2 am we had a drunk knocking on doors one night of cruise. Other than that one occurrence we never had a noise problem.
