My husband and I went on this pacific coastal cruise for our 16th anniversary and we are in our late 40's. We have tried several cruise lines and we will not go on Princess again. From the moment we checked in at the port the "line staff" were not at all friendly or welcoming. Sure they went thru the motions but none was heartfelt. When we asked for something not that we did often, we felt like it was an inconvenience to them.
The age on this cruise was average 60 years up which were were not expecting. The whole cruise we maybe saw 5 children and maybe 3 teens. Thank goodness we didn't bring our kids they would have been bored out of their minds!
We got a balcony room on the 12 floor and the room was extremely small with and no sofa at all just a small chair. The shower was the smallest shower ever! My husband is 6'3 so if you have any girth to you good luck fitting in!
Rented a go cart and traveled around the island and did some shopping. Ate at Maggies Blue Rose for Mexican...it was very good.
