This was my 3rd cruise. I love cruising. It's so easy and good value. What I love about crusing that from as little as $80 a day, you get accommodation, all meals, activities and travel to exotic locations. You don't have to pack and unpack and go to different hotels. The Pacific Pearl is a beautiful ship, I have no complaints about the decor. I had an inside cabin. It's a good size, about the size if a small hotel room, not cramped. I had a problem in that I was towards the back of the ship and they must have had stairs on the other side of my wall so I was woken by banging the first night, the sound of people going up and down stairs. Luckily I had brought ear plugs.

I had no complaints about the food. Lots of choice.

I was annoyed when I tried to relax in my room, the steward constantly wanted to come in and make up my room. He was always hovering around. Why couldn't he do what he needed to do when I was at breakfast, lunch or dinner? He always seemed to want to clean my room when I wanted a lie down.
