We live in South Florida so we decided to take the 2 night cruise. I purchased a Groupon for $59 per person which was the best price for an inside cabin. We knew we had to go to a time share seminar and were told it was for 90 minutes. After a VERY HARD sales pitch to upgrade, I booked the trip. We had to be at the seminar by 9:30am the day of cruise. We were told that we needed our boarding passes and could not get them until this seminar was over. We found out this was not true. As for this time share seminar, they are ruthless but nice. We got a free breakfast out of it and after nearly 3.5 hours, we were released and sent on our way, not so nicely too. When we got to the ship, we upgraded our cabin to a Suite with Balcony for half the price the travel agent wanted for the upgrade. Also, the cruise agents never looked at our 'boarding pass' we were told we needed at the time share.

Now for the ship. It was very nice. The ship itself is not designed for a real cruise as you have to go up to go down to get to the other side of the ship and down to go up. The ship is split with all the entertainment/dining etc in the middle. There is NO ability to walk around the outside the ship.

Our Room was beautiful and well appointed. All the staff were SUPER nice and helpful. We were accommodated for everything we asked. Ships entertainment was really nice, But the lounges are very close together so sometimes the music melded together. Buffet food was good, not all of it, but no one went hungry and it was plentiful. The dining room for breakfast was same as the buffet, actually at the buffet you could ask for a custom made omelet, not available in the dining room. DINNER in the dining room was about 6 courses and fantastic. Both nights were great, no one complained and the Service was by far better than most restaurants we have been to, including high end places.

Cabin Review

Cabin Suite with Balcony

Our cabin was really very nice. Two TV's, a sitting area, and large bathroom with whirlpool tub was great. It was VERY clean and well appointed. Excellent lighting, a very large walk in closet and there was a fruit platter waiting for us upon arrival. Aside from the towel critters, they left us a dish of chocolate covered cherries/strawberries on the counter. There also was a box with 2 chocolates sitting on the bed with the towel monster. We like it very cold and the a/c was not so great for us. When we asked, we were immediately provided with a tall fan which made our night great. We cannot say enough about the service. Fabulous.
