As a regular Costa traveller we are concerned with the latest changes in service, food, quality and choice. Since May many Costa ships are no longer serving or making available English breakfast food in the Buffet areas....no bacon, sausages, eggs of any descriptions , no omelettes they do have toasters which won't toast even after passing through 3 times.

English Breakfast, German, American & Belgium breakfasts were all available in the Restaurant this was just a cattle market in the mornings, follow the line and sit where your told, lots of staff but no organisation or structure, no-body in control, service or no service was a shambles if you got coffee you were lucky as for Tea or fruit juice it was an after thought. Food ordering was slow and often cold when it arrived.

We first thought this change of breakfast service was something new and therefore the staff were not used to the recent changes but no in more than 3 months the food and service is very, very poor.
