Cabin:
Our steward had 19 cabins in his responsibility, by himself without any assistant, so the cleanliness of our cabin (R725 – Deck 14) was pretty much elementary. The toilet disinfection was completely doubtful and toiletries items did not exist at all.
Twice that the cabin key didn’t work, we locked out and we’re waiting a qualified person, who simply told us that the lock deregulated. It is worth mentioning that while we’ve been waiting, other passengers who were passing by, kept smiling saying “you are not the only one…”

A morning that the safe didn’t open, we called the reception desk (06:55 am) and the girl in service, told us that a qualified person will come “right away”. After waiting 20-25 minutes, we called back (07:20 am) and they said again “right away”. About 10 minutes later a qualified person came and began to knock the door of the safe (hello, is anybody in?) but nobody answered! He said us that neither anybody from the reception desk, told him that the safe didn’t open, nor he thought to bring a key just to open it. So he left, came back with a key, open the safe, find out low batteries and left again to bring new ones. When at last we could go out, it was almost 08:00 am, so we hardly catch the next train to Florence, instead of the 1st, lucky not book a specific excursion with Princess.
