Just got back from our recent cruise on Britannia, and have to say it was a beautiful ship and to be honest have been taken aback with the unfair criticism of both the decor, entertainment, food and service of the staff which I felt where excellent and up to the usual P&O standards. Have to say though when I was looking around saw a lot of glum faces you wouldn't believe they where on board a luxury liner on holiday! Just one point I wish to make above all else was that I believe P&O have been very brave in the design of Britannia's auditorium coming away from the usual dance oriented floor to a more family (all round hotel lobby) feel which in my view makes for a very relaxed atmosphere which you can watch the world go by on which we all love to do on our holidays.
