Want to travel to ports that are a little off the beaten cruise path? Sail up the St. Lawrence seaway and on to Gaspe and Halifax. Life is easy on a small ship that can dock at ports where large ships either tender out or miss all together. Be greeted by a piper in Pictou and Halifax. Find personal delights at Gaspe and Lunenberg. There are many surprises waiting just north of the border.

The on board entertainment was usually local talent that gave a relaxing feeling to the trip. The cabin was larger than anything we had on a large cruise ship. The shower was large enough to enjoy the shower without spraying the rest of the bathroom.

The shore excursions were informative and fun. The tour on Prince Edward Island highlighted Anne of Green Gables, but it was also delightful to see the ocean, the lighthouses, and the red soil. The bus tours and guides were informative and entertaining.
