As a diamond member i always enjoyed rccl..but this time around they fell short,very short of being a favoriite...let me begin by the good...embarking was well managed & even smooth....my balcony cabin was exceptional...nicely laid out decks....easy to locate various venues...

Now the not so good-----while the food looked good, it was far from being edible...more than once recieved the wrong items (first seating main dining room)what i did recieve was cold, and the steak was more like shoe leather...the assistant waiter had a major bad attitude, when asked for anything...finally i spoke to what i believe was the matre'd,about the situation.. They send up a beautiful looking tray of huge chocalte covered strawberries, to my cabin as an apology,...nice jesture, while my 5 yr grandaughter came to visit asked for a strawberry....unfortunatly covered in "furry" as my grandaughter says,lol...needless to say her father grabbed it away and took it down to guest services...another fiasco...out of the 6 berries 5 were furry...

Windjammer----try to get a decent burger---not happening...they prepare maybe 24 at a time and place them in a silver pan, kept warm by sterno..the ones on bottom hockey pucks--the ones on top---gray in color...salads were ok... Read more
