Always well kept, love the little walk in closet, we were able to have opened the divide between our balcony and that next door of our friends.

Stayed in the Silken Diagonal Hotel, a bit away from Las Rambles as we had hoped, but a taxi ride sorted that out. Basic and cleaned and a good selection at Breakfast. RCCL rep looked after guests to make the transfer go well.

Barcelona

The tour guide was the worst we had ever come across, how those on our bus that had not English as their first language understood her I will never know as the rest of us did not. She driveled on and on and on and on, sent us to sleep. She seemed to be making it up as she went on and on, you get the picture. When we arrived at the vineyard we could not get to the drink quick enough.

We just got the taxi into town as it was cheaper than the transfer bus. Did some shopping, a coffee and cake and back again.

Marseille

Excellent tour guide on the bus, just enough info and knew when to stop, a fantastic vineyard made all the better from the views and perfect family run business.

Walked into town after getting the shuttle out of the port to the drop off place, should have gone. In the morning as everything was either closed or was closing.

Rome (Civitavecchia)

Much cheaper to buy the ferry ticket on line than via the cruise company. Avoided walking through the terminal building by taking a short cut out and not doing a tour last the shops inside (on the way back too), the ferries leave from so close to where the ships come in. Once over out and to the right to buy the fenicular tickets to go up to the shops. Lovely lunch and shopping, wonderful views before the journey back to the main land.

Disappointed that our North Coast and Wine tour was let down so badly on Bus Number 2 on Monday 14th when in Mallorca, and then to find out that other passengers got partial refunds was unfair as we had spoken to the Excursions Manager on extension 21159.Back for a jig around events, missed the 3pm Crown and Anchor Society meeting, went to the 3:30pm Meet and Mingle, the 4pm Art auction, but at 4:28 with nothing started off to the Spa for the second electrocution session.
