Arrived at Barcelona Airport and was greeted by RCCL lady, got a taxi man to come and greet us, she came with him to the taxi and took away the trolleys which was nice.

Straight to the Silken where the check in chaps played the 'can't find your booking' game. So we waited patiently and ta-da, they found them. Up graded room but overlooking a building site. The bed was very hard. Disappointed to find the hotel was not near Las Rambles as out Travel Agent said, so it was a taxi ride there. Wandered about and ate in what was traditional Spanish restaurant, Los Caracotes.

The rep at the Hotel advised when we were to be picked up and off we went the next morning to The Allure.

Junior Suite with Balcony

Cabin JS

Always well kept, love the little walk in closet, we were able to have opened the divide between our balcony and that next door of our friends.

Port Reviews

Barcelona

Stayed in the Silken Diagonal Hotel, a bit away from Las Rambles as we had hoped, but a taxi ride sorted that out. Basic and cleaned and a good selection at Breakfast. RCCL rep looked after guests to make the transfer go well.

Marseille

We just got the taxi into town as it was cheaper than the transfer bus. Did some shopping, a coffee and cake and back again.
