I was on the Jan 4th cruise. The CC boards were great.

The ship was not so wonderful. I think the automatic tipping is the ruin of the cruise industry. Service was cold and impersonal. The cabin stewards were not good. I spoke with many, many people on the ship and no one had a good cabin guy. This is usually the high point of a cruise.

The buffet was horrible. Too many people, too little seating. Breakfast food was always cold. I complained daily, but it was never fixed. Apparently, the precook everything and put it in warming ovens. If they make it too hot, it all overcooks. This way, even the new food that is put out is cold. Great system! Most ships have sometiems from the main dining room so you don't miss out because you want casual dining. This ship had the same dinner night after night. Stay away. Read more
