First time river cruise and very pleased with the experience. Our cabin was comfortable and the food was exceptional. The staff could not have been more accomodating and were very professional yet approachable. The weather wasn't the most cooperative (some rain and lots of wind; very cool temps) but that was not Viking's fault. One complaint would be that it would be nice if all non-alcoholic drinks (soda, juice, tea, etc.) could be included in the 'no charge' category all day and not just during meals. Also, get someone that can actually sing to entertain each evening in the lounge.
